Motion, specific inner exercises and deep relaxation guided by Martina, you will
experience a renewed sense of self and greater clarity. Martina integrates Yoga
into her private practice and workshops.
Martina has practiced Yoga for
22 years. She has been invited to teach in Germany, Italy, Spain, USA, and
across Canada. She is known for her ability to guide people into states of deep
relaxation, which enables students receptivity to the benefits and healing
energy of Yoga. Her passion is to teach pregnant woman and mothers.
